My passport has been stolen, so I reached out to the team, Erin was my first agent, and she was very patient with me, and answered all of my question and help me until we got disconnected and then I got Jeff, and Jeff was also patient and help me with the rest of my application process. Even though I had to take 8 photos, I am glad that I reached out to them because I did not know I could not where glasses and the way that I took the photo of my paperwork, Jeff made sure that everything was correct. I hit the wrong button and totally messed up. I went to chat and the problem was solved super quick. The agent, I asked for a human, was very knowledgeable and helpful. He was also friendly. Great first experience!

With this new system I can fill out the information in my home and send it in electronically. It takes the quess work out of everything.

I need assistance today for several things. First I started a Chat with Hanna and she was wonderful. We unfortunately got disconnected, but then I started a new Chat with Ken and he was just as wonderful. I am sure I would not get this great customer service from the government. Very happy with my customer service today.

I just to say thank you for the outstanding support and quick professional service I received today from Ken @ GOV+. I had a question regarding a double charge on my account just to verify it was correctly charged and Ken went ahead and reviewed my information for my passport application and quickly suggested some additional information and a more detailed photograph so I won’t get declined. His attitude and professionalism to help complete my application and send additional information regarding the documents was completely unexpected and I cannot express how much I appreciated that and I didn’t even realize that I needed it later to complete the process. Very aware and was tremendously helpful and respectful during the whole process. I wish everyone can have the opportunity to experience what it’s like to be supported and treated so right with his and their compassion and professionalism to take the proper care of the needs of others. Nobody compares to this level of care and service and if we all can learn to treat others this way the world would be such a much better environment to live and thrive.
