The application process was very staight forward and smooth. The only issue I had was uploading my photo (tried doing it from my computer, but much easier from your phone) but Layla was wonderful walking me through the process of the upload and once we confirmed the photo and all my information we were done. This was much easier then I expected and my only recommendation is to do the process during GOV+ business hours, I started at night and when I had questions the online bot was not has helpful, but still got me to where I needed to be, but ultimately I needed to speak to someone to finish the process and Layla was wonderful and Fantasticly informational her knowledge base was superb and really helped when uploading my photo and completing the application. She also laid out the time period of how long it would take to complete my application and get me the packet needed to complete my new passport so I have a way to track when I should get my packet and send it back for completion. Everything was said and done very professionally and with patience and class over all a really good experience and will definitely tell my friends this is the best and fastest way to renew your passport...
