Appointments are limited and typically book several weeks in advance. The agency only serves customers with urgent international travel within 14 days.
Call 1-877-487-2778 (8 AM-10 PM ET Monday-Friday, 10 AM-3 PM ET Saturday-Sunday) or use the online appointment system. You must have confirmed international travel within 14 calendar days to qualify for an appointment. You'll need to provide proof of travel (flight itinerary, hotel reservation, etc.) and pay the $60 expedite fee. If your travel is more than 14 days away, you cannot get an appointment and should consider using GOV+ instead.

You can renew by mail or online if: (1) your passport was issued within the last 15 years, (2) you were at least 16 when it was issued, (3) it's undamaged and in your current name. The LA agency is only for urgent travel within 14 days or life-or-death emergencies.
