GOV+ believes you should always know exactly who handles your information and who performs each part of the services you pay for. This page explains how passport services are delivered on GOV+ and describes our relationship with Premier Passports LLC, the registered courier that handles passport submission.
GOV+ is a software platform. For passport products, GOV+ provides the technology that prepares your application — collecting your information, pre-filling the correct government forms, checking for common errors, and assembling everything you need to submit.
The courier step is handled by Premier Passports LLC, a registered passport courier with the U.S. Department of State. As a registered courier, Premier Passports LLC is permitted to hand-deliver passport applications to the Department of State and retrieve completed passports — a function that is only available to companies the Department of State has approved for this role.
GOV+ is the trade name (DBA) of EIN Plus LLC, and EIN Plus LLC owns Premier Passports LLC. This ownership is what lets GOV+ offer a complete passport experience — preparation through our platform, and courier submission through the registered courier we own — under one roof.
Passport courier service is unique because it relies on Premier Passports LLC's registered courier status. For every other government form GOV+ helps with — including renewals, replacements, identity and document services, and applications to other agencies — GOV+ prepares your forms and you submit them directly to the relevant government agency yourself, either by mail or on the agency's official website. GOV+ does not submit those applications on your behalf and is not a government agency.

GOV+ is a private company. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by the U.S. Department of State or any other government agency. Government forms are available directly from the issuing agencies, and you may apply on your own at no cost beyond government fees. GOV+ charges for the use of its software and, where applicable, courier services — not for the government's processing of any application.
